If you are new to listening to the I'm Hormonal podcast, then you, my friend, are in the right place because in this episode, I'm gonna be giving you a little overview to what's been going on around here and direct you to some episodes that I hope can give you some more clarity on what is going on with you. So welcome to the I'm Hormonal Podcast. I'm Bridget Walton, a women's hormone coach, helping busy, ambitious women through personalized coaching and science-fact solutions. Whether you're working with me one-on-one or you are listening here, my goal is the same, which is to help you stop guessing about your hormone health and start seeing real progress. So let's get into it. This podcast is over two years old now, which feels crazy to me. We have over 140 episodes. And what I want to do today is just spend a couple of minutes breaking down where you can start. What are some episodes that are gonna be helpful for you to scroll down to and grab? Because if you're like me, I'm not gonna scroll down and press show more episodes four times. So don't worry, girl. I've got you. A lot of you come to I'm Hormonal and start listening because you are dealing with PCOS, irregular periods. Maybe you are somebody plagued with PMS month after month. If you're somebody who has really painful periods or you have bloating day in and day out, I'm gonna be sheller, I'm gonna be talking to you about what episodes you can jump back to. We'll get to that in just a second. I also have some resources where I talk more about the like mindset side of things, which I think is um really important and not talked about enough. So if you feel like you have a really perfectionist mindset around your health, maybe you want to hear about some common blind spots that I see with my clients. Or if you are somebody who you're like, damn, I wish I just had like a little bit more willpower, a little bit more discipline, I've got an episode for you too. If anything that I just said resonated with you and you're like, yeah, I would like to know which episodes to go back to, then um, go ahead and grab a pencil, open up a little notes app so you can write down what I'm about to share with you. Let's kick it off with your regular periods, unpredictable periods, or PCOS. If you fall into any one of those categories, then I want you to check out these episodes 50, 54, 55, and 92. Those are gonna be ones that are really helpful for you. As an honorable mention, blood sugar regulation and blood sugar stability is so important for your overall hormonal health, but also can be a big contributing factor to irregular periods. So I want you to also check out episode number 86, where I talk more about blood sugar stability. Next, if you are somebody who has PMS month after month, check out episodes number 100 and number 136. Or if period pain is what has got you down, check out episodes number 69, 108, and 109. Super quick admin note what I usually do is I will have each week, I'll have one longer form conversation that is a little bit of a longer episode, and I'll follow it up with a mini episode because we're adults and you're driving right now, or you're picking up your kids, or you're doing the dishes, or whatever you're up to. So sometimes we just need to hear the same thing twice. So it really sticks. So that's how these episodes are going to be rolling out in the feed here. Okay, next up, bloating. Girl, if this is you, check out episodes number 98 and 99. I've got a downloadable resource for you in one of those episodes as well. And then let's move on to the more mindset-focused episodes. Because, like I mentioned a second ago, having a perfectionist mindset about your health, I mean, while it could be helpful in other parts of life, it is not a huge value and it's not serving you the most when it comes to your health. So if that sounds like you, go back and check out episode number 126. I think you are really going to like that. That is one of my most downloaded episodes. Next, if you want to hear about common blind spots that I see when new clients come to me or when I'm just talking with gals out and about, check out episode episode number 124. And then last but not least, that little willpower myth. If you, when I said that earlier, you thought, oh shoot, that is me. Then go ahead and check out episode number 120. Really, that's all I've got for you today. I just wanted to help make it make sense what is in the feed, because you can scroll back through a lot of episodes, but most of you are here for one of the reasons that I mentioned. And so if that's you, now you know where to go. If I didn't mention something that is really top of mind for you, that you're like, Bridget, where are your episodes about X, Y, or Z? Girl, send me a message. You can DM me on Instagram at I'm underscore hormonal. And I just love to get requests. If you if you ask me to do an episode on something, you're gonna see it like the next week. So let me know what's on your mind. I would love to hear what your main takeaways from episodes that you have already listened to have been. And that's all I got. Best of luck with your health journey. I'm really rooting for you, and I know you can do it. It's all about getting to the root cause of what is going on with your health and making a plan that's tailored to you that's going to get you closer to your goal. One final reminder: everything that I share with you on every episode of this podcast is for educational purposes only. It is not a replacement for medical advice or diagnosis by any means. But now that we get that out of the way, enjoy the rest of your weekend, and I will see you on the next one.
