SPEAKER_00:

Hello and welcome to the I'm hormonal podcast. I'm your host, Bridget Walton. I'm so happy that you are here listening. Because if you are a regular listener to the podcast, you'll notice that the feed has been a little bit quiet lately. So I wanted to pop in here and fill you in on what's been going on on this side of the microphone and tell you what is ahead. Because I took a little break, uh, the longest break of podcasting that I've taken since I started I'm hormonal back in whatever that was, three Septembers ago. And that's because I really needed to just step away so I could think about how do I want to do this podcast in the best way for you that best serves you, also the way that best serves me. I also took a little bit of time to chill during the holidays. So that it's the five-second version of where I've been. Sorry that there was no heads up there. The good news is I recorded a series a couple of months back that I never got around to releasing. So I have that ready to share with you all here. And that is what's up next. So for the next eight episodes, you are going to be hearing this series from me. It's my I've tried everything guide. You're probably listening to the podcast because you have something that you want to change about your hormones. And a lot of you, and all of the women that I work with one-on-one, feel like you've really tried everything. So if that resonates with you at all, then you will want to stay tuned for the next eight episodes. I'm gonna walk you through some of the things that I've learned through my one-on-one work with women just like you, and to help you make the critical decision that's best for you about what to do next. Where should you get guidance from? How can you make sense of all of the information that is out there? So I hope you find that to be helpful, to help bring you clarity and direction. And whatever you decide is best for you to do next. My goal is for those episodes to help give you just that. Now, coming back to what's going on at I'm Hormonal, because right, this company, I'm hormonal, it's not just a podcast, it's a company as well, where we work one-on-one with women who have hormone imbalances, who have gut imbalances. If you've been here for a second, you know that your hormones and your gut health are very closely intertwined. And anyway, that's all to say. I'm hormonal is still young. We're still um evolving and figuring out again what's the right path forward for like for me, for me, Bridget as a human being, running a business and practicing holistic nutrition, but also for you as somebody who wants knowledge, wants education, wants accountability, wants that personalized one-on-one support. So this is gonna be a mini episode before you have eight. Also, pretty short. I think every episode in that series is less than 10 minutes. I hope that you love the series. It's coming your way. If you have any questions, if you have any requests for me, then you can always reach out to me on Instagram at I'm underscore hormonal. But yeah, I think that's all for me today. I am feeling more settled in the kind of direction that I want to go for whatever that's worth. Um, and I'm looking forward to coming back here, not before long, to be releasing new podcasts in the feed for you, back being consistent like I was before. So thank you so much for sticking with me. Thank you to all of you who have shared the podcast with your friends. I hope this has been a resource that has truly helps you to gain clarity on what the heck is going on in your body and what you should do next. And that's it from me. Again, my name's Bridget Walton. I'm a nutritional therapy practitioner, and I want the best for you. So come back, check out the series, and let me know what you think of it. If you really got something out of it, you can also rate and review the podcast. And I will love you the most for that. Okay, that's it for today.
