Well, I'm Bridget Walton. I am a women's hormone coach, but more importantly, I have been exactly where you are. I spent years trying to figure out my hormone problems. I tried supplement after supplement. I restricted my eating. I pushed myself harder at the gym, but nothing worked. It wasn't until I discovered that my issue was actually rooted in gut dysbiosis after taking some antibiotics that completely threw my system off that everything really started to make sense. And that experience led me to become a nutritional therapy practitioner. And now I specialize in functional hormone health and restorative wellness.
