All right, my friend, welcome back. You've made it to episode seven. You've got this one and then just one more left. But right now, we are gonna be talking about investment priorities that will really move the needle for you. Because if you are here listening, it's because you feel like you've tried everything by this point. You're probably not a stranger to making decisions about where to put your money and what's actually going to help you. So that's why we're focusing on this now. And there are two critical questions that I want you to ask before you make any investment. So when you make a decision to spend your time or energy on something, I want you to first ask yourself this question. Number one, does this help me to get closer to the root cause of my imbalance? Does this help me to get closer to the root cause of my imbalance? This is one of the decision-making criteria that I want you to keep top of mind, regardless of if you're trying to decide whether you're buying a book or a supplement or you're buying somebody's course or you're buying my program, right? Is the investment of time or money helping you to actually figure out the root cause? Because if not, that's not what you need to be focusing on. If it doesn't help you to get closer to understanding the root cause, then you're gonna be staying on this hamster wheel for a whole lot longer. And I don't want that for you. And I know that you don't want that for you either. Now, question number two does this investment address the root cause of my imbalance, right? So once you know what it is, then I want you to make all of your decisions around that one thing, right? Once you discover it, once you know what it is, like quit the band-aid solutions. We don't need to focus on that anymore. You need to actually focus on the things that will move the needle, not just taking a supplement for the sake of taking it because somebody recommended it. You've spent too much time guessing. And what you need to do is make pointed decisions that will really be impactful, whether that is with a supplement, with a program, with a nutrition change, you see where I'm going with it. So keep those two questions top of mind when you're making decisions about what you want to do moving forward. Now, next, I want to walk you through a couple of red flags. Um, first, let's talk about low-quality supplements. So I want to talk about supplements because you're probably taking some right now. Um, or if not, in the past, surely you've made some decisions about them. And I want to encourage you to be very selective about the supplements you're taking because they're not all of good quality. They're not all to the standard that you should be expecting for something that you put into your body. There are a lot of decoy or counterfeit sellers on Amazon that are selling, you know, supplements. I'm doing little air quotes that are just not up to snuff. Now, the second part of this conversation on supplements, I want you to be able to explain why you're taking something and think about the supplements that you're taking right now. Why are you taking each of those? Really understand how does this tie back to my root cause? And again, am I taking it because I know that this will move the needle for me? Or am I taking it because I saw somebody post about it, or because my sister took it, or because of some other reason. Not just taking something because someone suggested it, because you don't need to be so like willy-nilly. What you need at this point in your journey is to take a very targeted approach. Red flag number two that I want you to keep in mind: the too good to be true promises. Be on the lookout for solutions or answers or suggestions that sound like they are just too good to be true. You've seen this before. Maybe an advertisement for a product that says, like, just take this, and in 28 days, you're gonna have zero PMS or zero bloating. They're telling you it'll be super easy. And while ideally, yes, it will be easier than you expect. Is this one realistic? Like where you're at now, having gone through everything you've gone through, honestly, the next steps to really make change for you, they might be a little bit challenging. It might be a little bit uncomfortable at times. But that discomfort will be worth it. It will be worth it to come out on the other side with easy, predictable periods, with confidence in your fertility, with confidence in your digestion and your comfort. But your spidey senses should be tingling if you're looking at an offer, whether it's from a practitioner or otherwise, and they're really just trying to tell you how easy it's going to be. Because coming back to question number one, if it's so easy, is it addressing the root cause or is it a band-aid? All right, red flag number three, and this will be the last note on the red flags topic. Are they saying, like, hey, you don't have to change anything? Are they saying something? And let's say maybe you're looking, um, you're checking out another coach or another practitioner, and they say, Oh, yeah, you can fix your hormones and still drink your wine every night, or you can still have your dessert every day. You don't have to give up all the things that you love. And while that might be true in some cases, everybody is bio-individual. And I don't know you, I don't know your body's situation yet. But a lot of the times when solutions or advertising are saying something to that effect, that like, oh yeah, you can fix your gut health and still eat five Big Macs and wine every day. I I was exaggerating a little bit there, but that might be a band-aid fix and not actually focusing on the root cause because it just unfortunately might be the case that sugar or alcohol or whatever it is is contributing to the situation you're in, and it might be something that you need to avoid. But I'll just remind you, it's okay. Sometimes the things that are hard are the best decisions that you make. And I don't even want to say hard, but it's okay if it's not the easiest thing in your life to do something that is rewarding and transformational and helps you to truly feel like yourself again. Let me leave a note about my own services. And let me say because I'm somewhat self-aware, I do see the irony in me sharing my thoughts with you about what is or isn't a great investment when I'm hormonal is a business that's offering support. But here's the reality: the majority of you listening here will decide not to schedule a discovery call and decide not to work with me one-on-one. And that's okay because believe me, I mean, I might not be the right fit for you, or you might not be at the right point in your journey to be ready to work together. Regardless, regardless of what you decide to do, I know that I've wasted a lot of my money in the past on poor investments. I've seen frustrated, tired, annoyed women who come to me and start working with me that have been through the same things. So regardless of what you decide to do moving forward, whether you book that discovery call or not, I don't want you to waste your money on false promises or anything else that is not actually going to get you closer to your health goals. I genuinely want to help you avoid making the mistakes that I've made and the mistakes that I've seen my clients make before they found me. You've already been through enough. Now, that being said, if you have questions about whether or not working together one-on-one would be a good way to get to the root cause of your imbalance to address it, then book your 45-minute discovery call so we can talk one-on-one. I want to understand what your goals are. We can talk together to understand how did you get to where you are now? And what are the next steps that will best serve you? Because you deserve to have clarity on what will actually move the needle and what is going to be the easiest path for you to get to balanced hormones and balanced gut health. You'll also learn more about my coaching package so you can decide if working together is the right fit for you. And this is a call for women who are done guessing, who are ready to work with someone who can help them get to that root cause. So go to I'mhormonal.com/slash goals or click on the link in the show notes so we can figure this out together. In the next episode, which is the final episode, we are talking about when to seek professional guidance. I'm gonna help you figure out if you are ready for one on one support or if you need more time to troubleshoot on your own. This should give you the clarity to move on to what's next for you, and I'll see you there.
